    • DASA Hospitality is a marketing and revenue management company. We are not responsible for any payment dues or delays from OTAs.

  2. Setup Fees & Refunds

    • Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • Any approved refunds (for other services) will be processed only via NEFT.

  3. Service Termination

    • A minimum of 1-month written notice is required for termination of services.

  4. Payment & Security

    • All payments are securely handled.

    • We take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of hotel credentials and passwords.

  5. Website & Digital Rights

    • All website rights, unless transferred by written agreement, are reserved by DASA Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

  6. Legal Jurisdiction

    • Any legal matters or disputes will fall under the Pune jurisdiction only.

  7. Bookings & Cancellations

    • Bookings canceled within 48 hours may be amended or refunded, as per applicable policies.

  8. Site Rights

    • All rights related to website content, design, and management are reserved with DASA Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
